Training Logz
These terms cover the app, Training Logz Pro, the leaderboard, cloud backup and the feed. By using Training Logz you agree to them.
Training Logz is a training log. It records what you lift, what you run, what you eat and how you sleep, because you typed it or imported it.
It is not medical advice, and neither is anything in it. Not the coach, not the nutrition estimates, not another person's post. Training and diet carry risk. Ask a doctor, not an app, and not a stranger on a feed.
You need an account only for the leaderboard, cloud backup and the feed. Everything else works signed out.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it, and do not use somebody else's.
You must be 13 or older to use the feed.
Your training data is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
When you post to the feed, you give us permission to show that post to other people using the app. That permission ends when you delete the post. It covers nothing else — we do not sell it, license it to anyone, or use it to advertise.
Deleting your account deletes your posts, your cheers and your backup.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. Anything below is removed the first time, with no warning, and the account that posted it may be removed with it:

Every post has a flag to report it and a control to block the person who wrote it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking is immediate, works in both directions, and the person you block is not told.
We may remove a post, remove an account, or decide no rule was broken. We are not obliged to explain a decision, and we do not owe anyone a hearing before removing something.
We do not moderate everything before it is published. There is no comment box and no free text on a post, which is how the feed is kept clean by design rather than by patrol.
Training Logz Pro is an automatically renewing subscription offered monthly and yearly. It provides access to the personalized AI coach. The price and billing period shown by Apple or Google before you confirm are the ones that apply.
Your subscription renews unless you cancel it in your Apple or Google account before renewal. Apple or Google handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Canceling stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Anyone who bought the earlier one-time AI Coach unlock keeps AI Coach access permanently. Private cloud backup and restore are free for signed-in users and do not require Training Logz Pro.
The coach runs on an AI provider you choose, using an API key you supply. You pay that provider directly for what you use. We do not see your key, we do not bill you for it, and we are not responsible for the provider's charges, availability, or what it says.
The app is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, that cloud backup will always work, or that data will never be lost.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Cloud backup is a convenience, not a guarantee.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from using the app — including from following advice given by the AI coach or by another person on the feed.
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from inside it.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks section 4, or that is being used to harm someone.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before you next post. Continuing to use the feed after that means you accept the change.
